Types of operations

Issuance of extracts, certificates about transactions in the account for a specified period of time, issue of a notification on the surgery

The Registrar provides register data at the written request of the person registered or his representative.

The order to provide information is to contain:
- The Issuer’s name
- details of the person registered, required for his identification (the first name, the last name, the middle name of the individual or full name of the legal entity, kind, number, series date and place of the issue of the document, identifying the person, name of the body issuing the document or similar data of the registration certificate for a legal entity
- Kind of the person registered
- Kind of information required to submit
- way of obtaining necessary information
- Signature of the person registered or his authorized representative

The order is provided

- In person - By authorized representative
- By all means of postal service

Notification of the operation execution

At the order of the person registered or his authorized representative , from whose personal account there were written off or enlisted securities, the registrar must issue notification of executing operation in the register, signed by a responsible worker and sealed.
The notification is issued within 1 (one) working day on completion of the operation.

Extraction

At the shareholder or nominal holder request the registrar must confirm his rights to his shares via issuing register extraction, which is not a security. Extraction is issued on current date. The registrar bears responsibility for completeness and reliability of data, constituting the register extract issued.
The extraction is provided within 3 (three) working days.

Certificate of operations on personal account

At the request of the person registered the registrar must provide him with a certificate of operations on his personal account for any stipulated period of time.
The certificate is provided within 5(five) working days.

The certificate of existence of the specified number of securities on personal account

At the request of the person registered the registrar must issue The certificate of existence of the specified number of specified ( of certain type)securities on his personal account on condition that this amount does not exceed the number of specified securities, accounted on his personal account.
The certificate is provided within 3(three) working days.

Other information

Provided within 3(three) working days at written request.
